They do provide free web hosting but it's not ad free but you shouldn't aspect much from a free plan as one should remember every business has to make money to survive and free hosting cost resources and being ad free take away that single source of income from a web host but their is an advantage if you choose them as a free hosting provider firstly the business model makes them more stable because they are earning something by providing free hosting so chances are bright that they will keep this service for long time, Did you know? that their are many free hosting doesn't even complete 2 years. Most of them collaps due to huge operating cost.

If you hate banners and still want a premium level hosting then with a slight more investment you can get an ad free web hosting at just 0.99$ per month that means 11.88$ a year it's the same price through which you register a domain name so you are actually getting a web hosting in a price of a domain.
