My Thoughts: Well, 3 years is a very long term and if i had to choose i won't register with them for such long just because of that discount or any other web host as if you haven't tried a host one should never go with long term plan so, it's better to choose a short term plans and test their service if you find it good then go with long term.
Customer Support

Any proper and reliable host must provide solid support i usually don't like to post bad reviews about any company but wherever i researched about this company i came to know only bad words about their company support so here i collect some of those reviews.

A user metric of webhostingtalkforum said that he runs a small business and he has hosted his website on cirtex hosting from couple of months but he was unhappy with the support this host provides he got some mysql connection error on his blog and when he asked support to sort this problem out they fail to resolve the problem and keep on giving uncertain excuses that "It won't happen next time" but the problem didn't solved.
My Thoughts: What i don't like about this web hosting after reading such experiences is that he was hosting a blog on there server which doesn't consume too much resources that will create downtime issues.
