Do your research before you deal with DomainPeople. I wish I had, tons of bad reviews. I am the registrant for a domain name held by DomainPeople. I was told by their salesperson that if I renewed the domain name before it went into a redemption period, that I would be able to take possession of it because I am legally the owner. However, come to find out, one of their "resellers" is the admin contact so they couldn't help me. That's fine, so I said just give me a refund on my credit card & I'll forget about it. They said NO REFUND. What? Yea, attempting to steal my money so now I am going to have to do a credit card dispute. What a crock, you can't deliver as promised, then give me a refund. Plus, their annual renewal is $24.95 for a domain. You can get it from other domain name providers for like $9.95. Avoid the hassle and additional expense, go somewhere else.
