Before i go on with this host i would like to tell you that i have used their free hosting service my website was webmastertips.x10host.com, but don't take hassle to open that website because it's now been terminated.
It was a blog where i thought of posting few webmaster related tips and tricks the website was running smoothly no downtime pretty much fast but due to my exam i have left updating that website but soon after more then a month they shut down my website due to inactivity they do have a grace period where you can reclaim your website but if you exceed those time limit they going to shut down your website.
For those who want to start a free website must remember this inactivity rules otherwise your website could be turned down too. Just login in their control panel once in a month and you will be fine

Diskspace and bandwidth are unlimited it's the first time i am watching this kind of offer in a free host i think they have smartly designed their business model which makes them able to provide such unlimited hosting in a free platform, usually the biggest problems that has killed tons of free web host out their are inactive accounts with abandoned website as these sites are still using their resources this takes away large portion of their companies profits in maintaining those accounts thus free hosting collapses within 1-2 years of operating.
It's good to check the business model of a free hosting providers as it determines future of your hosted website.
Memory Limit is 64 Mb another criteria to take into account so keep an eye on this limit this will affect your entire website, basically if you are using wordpress and use too many image related plugins you need to have attest 128mb of memory not have much memory will result in error called "out of memory error" i have seen many x10hosting free sites but their iluminated packages have 128mb memory limit so you can upgrade to that if you want more memory
CGI, Perl, Python is not available in their free hosting option so make sure your script doesn't require that.
on their free plan support is available in community based illuminated plan has staff based support but going to be delayed but their premium plan has 24*7 support.
