Bluewho reminds me of bluehost well today i am going to review this web hosting before i start my review you should know that bluewho have been recently acquired by insiderhosting it's always beneficial to know about this acquisitions because the management going to change so you might aspect some changes in your hosting services according to the new management.
I have searched many places to find some feedbacks from past customers and here is what i have found.

By looking at his problem they have serious issue with hosting cancellation and many users were complaining about charging their credit card still after they cancel their hosting service.
The user intruitart also has downtime issues that's why he was moving all his website to another host and since they forum is currently offline i have checked that too he can't able to post his problem.
But their was an insiderhosting staff was do present and he made the refund to his visa card.
My Review: I think it looks like an abandoned host owners are not interested in running bluewho well i have seen many cases when a hosting get acquired if they don't turn their investments into profits they simply leave that hosting.

They don't have much selectable plans they have only reseller plan at 60$/ month called as R5
Their are providing 5GB of space along with 75GB of bandwidth and you can host unlimited numbers of website on their servers.
Along with it they have PHP4 and PHP5 which a good thing as not every client uses PHP 5 their are some old scripts that are compatible only with PHP4.
BlueWho Altenative
Once again i would like to recommend justhost as a best alternative to bluewho it's fast, cheap and quality web host i found till now.
