Note: Before you go with AlienVPS you must go through there term and condition while talking about their TOS i have found an important fact on their TOS page that you must know before you decide to go with them.
They have non refundable policy which means if you decide to buy vps from them and afterward if you didn't liked the service you cannot claim for a refund and if you started disputes against them they will going to suspend your hosting account till the disputes have been resolved.
But it's also true that many vps hosting provider don't offer refunds like that on shared hosting so its not surprise of them being non refundable.

Nessic has hosted his website on AlienVPS from the begining of the company around 17th of july and after 3 month hosting he haven't encountered any downtime along with that he has experienced good server speed and connection.

Ah! a negative comment this time i was searching more comments about this company and came across this one his problem was downtime his website was offline for around one month he has also tried to contact the company using their support ticket 5 times but he claims that he didn't get any response from them so he tried to contact using there facebook page but didn't get any help either. He has also said many other users have posted complain about this issue on their facebook page.

Apart from above all these i found few people complaining about downtime but it happened during the time they were moving their servers to another data center as said by one of there support staff other then that i haven't found much negative reviews about this company.
